About Greens

The Greens community in the north area of Coto de Caza, California is a highly sought after neighborhood because of its large estates, and breathtaking views.

This community features 93 single family homes that have four to six bedrooms and living space between 2,950 and 4,500 square feet. There are both one and two level homes in this neighborhood. Greens is served by the Capistrano Unified School District which offers excellent facilities like Tijeras Creek Elementary School, Las Flores Middle School, and Tesoro High School. There are also several private schools nearby such as St. John’s Episcopal School and the Serra Catholic Schools. The closest college is Saddleback College which is five and a half miles from the Coto center.

Many homes in the Greens sit on the edge of the Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club which is the first 36-hole golf course in Orange County. It features two Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf courses. There are also ten racquet courts as well as pools at the aquatic center and a 44,000 square-foot clubhouse. The club’s fitness center has the best sports equipment, two large exercise rooms for classes, a youth center, locker rooms with saunas, and a lounge with café. The club’s spa offers a variety of body treatments and services which are also available to non-members.

Commuters have easy access to freeways, and many residents enjoy shopping at neighboring towns like Santa Rancho Margarita and Ladera Ranch. There are many hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails and parks nearby including Thomas F. Riley Wilderness Park and Caspers Wilderness Park. The Coto de Caza Equestrian Center recently upgraded its facility which includes a plaza barn, event lounge, equestrian office, and hunt & saddle lounge.

Coto de Caza is a planned community of 4,000 homes and has some of the most expensive real estate in Orange County.
